Well, I work with three different businesses, all run by family, so my hats are numerous. I wear the office worker hat- compiling emails, invoices, estimates. I wear the marketing director hat- designing all marketing materials, social media, websites, as well as print material. I wear the delivery driver hat- delivering parts and seed to our farmers as well as transporting parts between locations. I wear the warehouse manager hat- ordering hardware and equipment, sorting and packing customers orders, managing inventory. I also wear the customer service hat working ag shows, emailing customers, and managing questions. I also wear the work counselor hat keeping all of my coworkers/family members sane and focused. Occasionally I wear the office daycare hat helping take care of little ones in our family while others are managing tasks.
All of the hats. I wear them all.

I am the only maintenance person at my plant. That means I'm on call 24 hours a day 6 days a week. I also have to research and order all my parts. I need to inventory all my parts. I am part of safety committee. I train people to do various tasks and need to keep track of all downtime that occurs thru all 3 shifts. I do all my P.M.s and all building maintenance and line maintenance. I also go to school twice a week.
